SO Owen and Ella are just playing little people right now and I just overheard Owen saying to Ella (he's pretending to be a man coming to Ella's house):
"Hi, my name's Owen, I mean David...can I see all your kids?"
This made me laugh a lot. Imagine if a man came to your door and said that one line. You would back away slowly and shut the door and possibly call the police.

Similar thing happened to us on Weds eve - we were leaving dance class and my 4 yr old had asked her teacher, Miss Mary, to come see our new puppy (who was crated in the back of the van - mommy takes her on socialization walks while the girls are dancing). Miss Mary and the girls and I were on our way to the car, when Lizzy - age 4 - said "that girl is in my class! Hey, do you want to see our puppy?" to a little girl lingering at the studio door - I was all "whoops - I mean, honey, we can't ask kids to come to our car and see our puppy!"
I don't want to be arrested for attempted abduction.
